Pros
The company business model is pretty great and the rapid expansion during the previous year really created a lot of brand recognizability across its markets. The office environment is pretty easy going. A super young workforce which can be either a good or bad thing.
Cons
Even though the office is a typical (overhyped) startup that tries really hard to make it seem like such a cool place to work, the truth is that most of the employees are pretty unhappy. The senior managers aren't happy with the people their managing and most are clearly not ready or willing to be in the management positions they are in, the contributing employees are frustrated with the pseudo-positive atmosphere that's all smoke and mirrors. HR is a mess, executive leadership is all over the place, business model and strategy is constantly 'iterating'. The company is just not a good place for employees to grow or for already strong and experienced people to be thrive due to the constant change. There are a few people in leadership positions that should not be there and everyone knows it. The young workforce means that there's a lot of eagerness and youthful energy but also a lot of cattiness, whining and middle school behavior. Business outlook is not good, employee morale is low and the boutique gym/studio partners are slowly but surely turning away from ClassPass.
