Great place to gain experience. I couldn't have scored a better job without my experience at CHES. - CleanPack Chemist Clean Harbors Employee Review

Pros

I had an amazing team of peers and management. Plenty of overtime, pace yourself or burnout.

Cons

No raises-it had been 3 years since my last raise (also, I'd won a CustomerNOW award on this time frame) Training-this is a very much a "good luck figuring out how to do your job" type job after the initial training. Benefits-sub par at best Advancement-why advance you when they can just add to your current workload? Old equipment- Always breaking down and not making it to customers during scheduled appointments Understaffed- for an office doing roughly $1M a month, there needs to be more than 3 people taking care of everything. Disconnect between corporate and locations-again...3 people running an office billing over $1M a month. Get them some help!

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
