Executive Management is lacking leadership skills. This is not a company that invests in loyalty to their employees. It is a cut throat company, out for themselves. Gossip, gossip, gossip! Good to your face as a knife in going into your back. Dennis needs executive training in team building, leading a team and learning processes. Review his executive skill sets! May be surprising. Does not have strong leadership, and no direction. On a management level Michael has a big title but does not deliver. No managerial skills and no knowledge in leadership. And takes no responsibility, it is a blame game. Cleardata needs to have a true leadership within Cleardata not outside influences such as Consultants that are paid thousands of dollars a month to lead Cleardata, Executives and Management are the least skilled within the company and they are to make executive decisions.......not a good receipt! Company needs a lot of work! Getting millions in funding, its definitely going to the outside consultants to run the company not Executives training nor not invested in Management, very poor.
