There are still many smart, dedicated people in the company who genuinely care about the product and support each other. The work itself can be interesting and provides exposure to different technologies and business areas.

The company has increasingly shifted from sustainable growth to constant firefighting. Priorities change frequently, teams are expected to do more with less, and reactive work often takes priority over long-term improvements. Compensation has struggled to keep pace with market rates, and career progression can feel tied more to taking on additional responsibilities and sacrificing work-life balance than to consistent performance. Employee feedback is collected but rarely seems to influence anything. This has led to growing frustration, burnout, and the departure of experienced people. The culture increasingly feels focused on short-term survival rather than building a healthy organization.
