      Pros

      It's a small group of people, so it's easier to get along with everyone for the most part.

      Cons

      It's still not clear interally or externally what this company does. Leadership can come across as egocentric, and too stubborn for change. They believe they're a bigger deal than they actually are. The "president" of the company aggressively cheated his way to the top, and acts in desperation to keep himself relevant in the industry. He's simply not. Clients and colleagues are too afraid to say it out loud.

      Pros

      Great company to work for who endorses family values. We work with great clients and have a lot of fun times as a team. The work is meaningful and very important to the industries we serve, we actually make a difference

      Hard work, and wear many hats. Steep learning curve because very few people do this type of work globally
