The management is quite incompetent, but stubborn and with big egos. The company is run in 18th century, slave model, no difference in opinions allowed. They claim that they have 'unlimited paid time off', 'flexible working time', 'bonuses' etc. and also that there is no turnaround of staff, with is absolute and utter BS. They somehow survive on few diehard patient clients and cheap outsourced labor. Do not waste your time and efforts with them. The pay is miserable, as are the 'benefits'.

It's still not clear interally or externally what this company does. Leadership can come across as egocentric, and too stubborn for change. They believe they're a bigger deal than they actually are. The "president" of the company aggressively cheated his way to the top, and acts in desperation to keep himself relevant in the industry. He's simply not. Clients and colleagues are too afraid to say it out loud.
