As a small company, we have to wear a lot of hats, and often need to develop our own processes to succeed.

It's a small group of people, so it's easier to get along with everyone for the most part.

It's still not clear interally or externally what this company does. Leadership can come across as egocentric, and too stubborn for change. They believe they're a bigger deal than they actually are. The "president" of the company aggressively cheated his way to the top, and acts in desperation to keep himself relevant in the industry. He's simply not. Clients and colleagues are too afraid to say it out loud.
