Very good culture and strong talent

Expectation to manage up and extremely fast paced environment

Strong, collaborative team and a genuinely great tech stack to work in (Rust, Go, and Python). Compensation is fair, even if not the highest in the market. I grew a lot technically during my time here and was consistently working on interesting problems.

Limited autonomy, and career progression felt unclear. Promotions did not seem common or well supported, and questions about advancement tended to get dodged by management rather than answered directly. Review processes also felt more like box-checking than real oversight
