Pros

Some of the best people on the ground to work with. People really do care for each other and have rallied together to do what's best for the company.

Cons

Senior leadership does not have a clue on how to manage cost and has us in a bad financial situation and two rounds of lay offs

Pros

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Cons

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
