      Still young, not a big company at the moment - but if you also get passion in Digital Recruitment business, with an open mind to learn and a bold attempt, they could provide a good platform for you

      Great to hear positive feedback from such a long standing employee. We're proud of the environment and culture we have at Cogs. We're a growing business, currently with over 60 staff across the 4 locations but have plans to expand in the new year.

      Pros

      They have a great book of business with clients that pay on time.

      Cons

      They're running a Ponzi Scheme. They're currently under guidance from HMRC (UK Tax Authority) to pay back loans. Unfortunately they're paying these loans (and other contractors) with cash from accounts that should have been paid directly to contractors they recruited. This is called a Ponzi Scheme
