Collins McNicholas is a fantastic company! I have been working for the company for three years and have honestly loved every minute of it! I have received excellent training in my role and have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of individual and team projects. Collins McNicholas has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. I have been given a lot of autonomy to take on challenging projects, but I have always been able to rely on an excellent support infrastructure when required. The company directors and management team deserve enormous credit for instilling and promoting an extremely positive culture throughout the organisation. There is a real family feel in each of the offices! To some up my experience in Collins McNicholas in three words – Fun, Rewarding & Professional.
