Pros

There are none. You are promised leads, full training and a pot of gold. The management has allowed people to mislead customers which prevents new agents from building relationships with customers. They were kicked out of the UK and Ireland and now under investigation in Australia.

Cons

Territory managers have to recruit and train agents and give them all the commissions. Not enough time to train them effectively so Company allows agents to break rules as long as they get sales regardless if the customer needs or not. Even when given the evidence and proof they hide the problem allowing the immoral people to flourish at the expense of new agents that are struggling. Very high turnover of agents. Lots of lies.
