      Pros

      annual and variable bonus is good but with competition now I'm sceptical. there are social events for colleagues like bbq, karaoke and some team buildings.

      Cons

      our team mostly on standby all the time so always on call. Our team lacks manpower due to fast turnover of people because of stress.

      13 month bonus and VB

      Cons

      the culture use to be fun when the previous heads were around. but all of the good one left and now its left with the toxic few. one of the HR (who is married) is intimate with other female colleagues. there is no product direction. and micromanagement is at crazy level - they are watching what time u tap in for work and what time u tap out for lunch and home. the heads are expecting us to sing good graces on our own linkedin page despite us not wanting to.
