Pros
Commodity is an extremely driven and hardworking environment, fellow colleagues both push you to perform the best you can while helping you at every step of the way. It is rare that as an individual at the beginning of ones' career you feel immediately comfortable, being able to rely on others and not afraid to ask for guidance from any member of the team on day one. Executive search is a steep and daunting learning curve, however commodity equip you with the tools and support to face every challenge head on, where other firms can give graduates and interns little responsibility, I have found myself entrusted with key projects, assignments and Business development ideas that allow for me to be innovative. Commodity is a company where your role and prospects are only limited by your aspirations. The management structure is superb, whether it be the CEO or a fellow researcher, we are all part of the same team and always willing to work together to better ourselves as a collective. Finally, while I do not have much real world work experience, by speaking to friends and colleagues, it is truly special to work in an environment absent toxic competition and 'political games'. Commodity is a truly wonderful place to work, I never thought I could learn so much in short a short period of time.
Cons
Location is the only negative I can draw, the head office is located in Hampshire, which can be difficult if you don't live local and don't have a car like me.
