      Pros

      Freedom to explore a wide range of avenues/clients No ridiculous mind-numbing large-agency KPIs Good company track-record (internationally) to fall back on during origination. Good solid client base. Well coded large international database. Up-to-date technology/systems. Strong marketing/branding presence.

      Cons

      If you can't motivate yourself and blindly rely on hitting corporate KPI's to justify your existence then this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      I initially joined Commodity on a 12-month internship programme during university and received fantastic exposure and responsibilities from day 1. The team is light but extremely welcoming and supportive. Experts in the field, I highly recommend for people keen to learn about headhunting, talent, and commodities. Travel opportunities, face-to-face dealings with clients.

      Cons

      Whilst the company is light-footed, the presence is global and opportunities are never limited. You create your own success.
