Pros
The clients and collaborating with the few competent staff that were there.
Cons
Dirty clinic: vomit left uncleaned overnight, leaving in odorous stain on a cot children were meant to sleep on, diapers bin left full and smelling for days, improper sanization, floors so dirty that the bottoms of kids' feet would end up black after they were for whatever reason permitted to run around barefoot on the sticky floor; admimistration that prefers roundabout and passive aggressive communication as opposed to a direct and honest style--could look like an employee being sent to talk to another employee. could also look like a person in leadership gossiping with employees about other employees; inadequate training: there was no safety-care training in the presence of high impact behaviors--staff and client injuries were expected daily; immature leadership--young with little perspective and no humility. they did not know how to handle the interpersonal conflict and tension that they often played a role in, instead exacerbating it significantly. favoritism was easily identifiable; staff is not appreciated for their hard work--they might say nice words sometimes, but those things are less likely to be translated into one's paycheck or general treatment.
