Pros
Honestly no pros other than the fact I was able to conveniently shop nearby my location after work to relieve stress from this job. I loved my immediate coworkers and the supervisors I had that were NOT from the company.
Cons
Poor disorganized management, the employees that work at HQ in VA are condescending towards the contractors who work out in the field. I have always felt uncomfortable, out of place, and unwelcome any time I was required to go there. No opportunity for advancement. No way of actually measuring performance to allow for raises, promotions or advancement within the company. They also lowball salaries and pay the people who do the most work (on-site) way less than the people who lolly gag at HQ. The company does very well financially and should have no issue dispersing the wealth to all of their HARD WORKING employees.
