disrespectful management who devalue other staff members, do equality towards other ethnic backgrounds, toxic culture, institutional racism at its best, do remember, majority of the staff are tenants which says a lot. you got to laugh at what they are trying to achieve which is 20 years behind

Overall this company is well run and professional.

Not hiring enough staff where they are needed. This leads to lack of growth within the company as well.
