Community Tax Response
10yTypically at Community Tax, we like to utilize these reviews as constructive criticism so that we can positively improve the work environment. However, given the completely frivolous nature of this review, we feel compelled to respond to this. This is a post from an anonymous individual who did not even specify what position they worked in.
First – at Community Tax, ownership and management recognize, that great companies are built by great people. Every member of management came in entry level, work hard, excelled, and were promoted into their current positions.
With respect to the attack on sales, Community Tax invests heavily in marketing in order to create an opportunity for each and every rep. Unfortunately, like any position in sales, it is not always a fit for everyone. Sales has clearly defined metrics and targets to hit, like any sales floor. Leads are distributed evenly to everyone, and a large percentage of our sales floor are six figure earners. Anyone applying for sales is welcome to come shadow a salesperson and see what a day is like on the CTax sales floor.
Community Tax offers its attorneys a competitive entry level tax attorney salary, and the ability to earn substantial bonuses. We enroll hundreds of clients a month, and it is a fast paced, high volume environment.
Lastly, no one is forced to write reviews, and the failed businesses referred to include Community Tax, which in six years has become one of the largest providers of Tax Resolution services in the country and employs well over 100 people, and Consumer Law Group which is one of Illinois’ fastest growing consumer law firms. We welcome any candidate to come on in for an interview, and see for yourself what Community Tax is like, rather than relying on a fabricated post.
