Pros
Good Salary, Nice Benefits. The Co-workers are excellent and are very helpful. As a subsidiary of Blue Cross, it's well known and well regarded.
Cons
Poor Management, Inadequate management. The management have no knowledge of a success criteria and cannot define it. The pricing of all the work is too high. There is no knowledge of any product creation. They are selling cloud services and DO NOT have FEDRAMP classification. They double burden their pricing. They buy services from Blue Cross and there is a markup by BCBSSC, then CDS, a subsidiary of BCBSSC also marks it up. All of their business is at risk since CMS has decided to use Amazon, which is priced at about 10% of the cost of CDS and provides a higher level of service.
