Pros
The People at the same level as myself were great, we all got on well. The technical side of the business is good.
Cons
Since i was working with the company, i had five line managers (!) over 3 years. This makes it hard deliver consistent results and unsettles the team. No training for junior members of the team, therefore no improvement is made, no time given for self study (even though this was promised). Some guys desperately need coaching, but there is not enough time for the team to provide this directly. HUGE focus on Money, so the Helpdesk is constantly getting information about finances/sales. We are technical, we don't need to see that. We just want to help our clients. And the biggest one for me - Cancelled Payrises (even thought they were promised six months before!) - No explanation given either. Keep your promises guys.
