      Good team spirit, great manager.

      Cons

      26 years experience with original company & outsourcer. Once outsourced, received one small raise in 6 years. 401K, was 1%, now 1.5% match.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
