Business outlook
Pros
Major name clients, decent pay, training portal and training allowance, some benefits. Recruiters and back office staff are friendly and responsive. CompuCom offers a good way to get a foot in the door with major name companies, but if you want to grow your career, there are few options outside of getting promotions with the client (which I was able to do) or simply moving on.
Cons
Benefits are offered at the cost of a significant pay drop, and the health plans are mediocre and overpriced. There is no emphasis on career development, no annual performance reviews or merit increases, and minimal support for transitions between projects.
