      Close to home and hours are ok

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible. Very stingy company and is not forth coming with promotions and increase but forces one person to do the job of 4 people. Employee Morale are beneath the ground.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
