      I had a very understanding manager when it came to time off and dealing with family matters.

      Not much room for growth. Pay is low.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
