Don't expect a lot - Desktop Special Delivery CompuCom Employee Review

Never got a raise in the 6+ years I was there. I was told that the only way to get an increase was to change jobs at that site. These increases are not done on time, and there is no retro pay if you do finally get one. Last site manager didn't know what most of his people did in their jobs. No matter what was accomplished, the annual review was ALWAYS " Meets Expectations". No praise or acknowledgement for doing more than what was minimally expected.
