Pros
They will hire almost anyone. They will fire almost no one.
Cons
Associates definitely under valued and under paid. Too margin driven of a company, even at the expense of associates. No raises or bonuses as promised in contract, even with EE (Exceeds Expectations) on yearly reviews. Does not like to promote from within, I was told to make more money leave and come back.
