      They pay for certifications. words to fulfill 20 word minimum in pros section

      Cons

      No raises...ever. Company boast record profits then the next sentence the company isn't doing so well so no raises.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
