Pros
Co-workers are truly awesome for the most part. Base salary is good, however plenty of overtime possibility which can more than double your annual income if you fancy that.
Cons
The client we work for General Motors is horrible. All of them are servely incompetent at the job. Strange decisions, plans which come from nowhere, obsession with PCI, while there is so much wrong structurally. Concentrix management seems helpless and are unable to live up the company values and principles. Everything combined seems surreal, it's the exact opposite of how a company should be function.
