Pros

- fun environnement (depending on the contract)

Cons

- People solution should choose another name for themselves. I’ve never worked in a company with such a lack of HR support. - values of the company are only words on a wall, the Dublin office absolutely don’t live this culture. - no good perks in comparison with other company in Dublin - if you’re lucky enough to progress in this company, you’re likely to burn yourself out with so much pressure for such a low salary - yes, the agents salary is poor but do not imagine that TLs are well paid ! -upper management in the sport brand contract is a joke, no support whatsoever, no organization at all, favoritism among agents and team leads. - my only advice is, start your career there if you want to, gather some experience and then runaway from there - you can get a much rewarding job in Dublin, along with a better salary, more perks, a better management organisation, therefore you’d be happier to go to work every day :-)

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
