      Pros

      Very few responsibilities and if mistakes were made you were not shouted at. It was possible to work from home, but now they removed it. For people that are interested in a 9-6 job this is for you. No responsibilities and you learn on the job. Stable job if the project continues...

      Cons

      No leadership from managers Very poor salaries 0 flexibility Career development is limited - agent to team leader only possible and the pay is not much better

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
