Pros

You got some variety in jobs. The people were pretty nice and you weren’t overly micromanaged. It’s an easy job to get hired onto, so great entry level position to help get skill sets.

Cons

Pay is very low, often times minimum wage. One of the positions that didn’t give equipment had so many programs running it crashed and destroyed my computer (which was only 2 years old). Communication is ABYSMAL. Worst I’ve ever seen. I was new on a team for over a week and a half after training before I reached out to my TL to ask a for help- only to realize there were full group chats etc and she didn’t realize I worked for them. Another position, I was supposed to be promoted, and waited 3 months asking daily for the meeting with the OM to finalize the promotion and they couldn’t take 10 minutes for me, even though I was #1 in the office. If you’re good at your job they don’t want to promote you. They will keep you in positions you hate, knowing you hate them if you are good at what you do. When you quit you’ll suddenly get all the meetings, advancements, and pay increase offers that you deserved, but at that point it’s too late. They don’t value you, they value what you can do for them.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Paid training Always hiring Occasional snacks Some managers are cool

Cons

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
