      Poor management, zero trust for this company - Sales Representative Concentrix Employee Review

      Pros

      Home office was good. The previous director promised us to stay home as long as we wish, but the new one wants us to work from the office.

      Cons

      You cannot really trust this company. They lied to us so many times, for example about home office, bonuses etc. The bonus structure is unclear and gives them chances to manipulate. Poor and unprofessional management, starting from team leads and ending with directors.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
