We are grateful for your review, even if your experience isn't our best reflection of Concentrix for a home through your career. We do provide our leadership an overview of this anonymous feedback on a regular basis so that we can continue to focus on what our staff both want and need, however we encourage you to share more information with your local People Solutions leadership, particularly regarding how you don't feel supported. We have an Open Door Policy that encourages communication that helps support our staff. Two of our culture statements, "We have contrarian views on how to run a business" and "We value knowledge, openness and transparency", are not just words we say, we live them and this includes giving our staff respect and hearing their voice when they give us feedback.
