Management changed frequently - you would have one manager and then change teams and end up with someone different constantly. When I first started there were lots of fun perks and then they stopped. This was a trend with the company where they had changes constantly and suddenly but never positive changes. My last manager was horrible. Schedules change constantly and you are never guaranteed a schedule that works for you regardless of school, parenting responsibilities, etc. You have to “bid” for vacation time in advance at the beginning of the year. I was not even guaranteed time off for my wedding and honeymoon despite requesting it well in advance and having the PTO available, which was ultimately one of the reasons I quit. I worked every single holiday. I took a job making less money but got holidays off, friendly coworkers and excellent management. Best decision ever. I stayed there for over 3 years and only left because I moved too far away to commute and became a stay at home mom. I was sad to leave that job.. I counted down my last two weeks at Concentrix and celebrated when I was finally done with my last day. I know it’s easy to look at a negative review and think that it’s just a disgruntled employee but that’s not the case. I quit of my own accord, I was not let go or forced to quit. I had consistently high performance and moved up quickly in the company. I had customers who did not want to work with anyone else because they had such positive experiences with me and I enjoyed my job responsibilities. I thrive in customer service and love it. I just didn’t love the company and how they treat employees.
