Pros

I wish there was something.....

Cons

Worse company I have worked for by far. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Company lacks decent leadership of any kind. Some older experienced staff have been laid off and their jobs given to younger, incompetent people as they can pay them less though they have no idea what they are doing. It is a real mess. Morale is terribly low and makes for a very depressing work environment. No-one seems to want to take accountability for all the problems and management put issues into the 'too hard basket' and prefer to land new clients and don't care for their staff, though they claim to be fanatical about their staff and clients. One staff member at my site bullies other staff and somehow gets away with it as he is friendly with the Senior Manager. HR department turn a blind eye also and are very ineffective. Staff are overworked and we often have people out on stress related leave. Wages are not good and some months wages do not go in on time. I have heard some countries they don't get paid some months at all. Seriously can't wait to get out of this company. You would only take a job here if her were desperate and couldn't land work elsewhere.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
