Honestly, I don't know where to start.
- Pay isn't competitive
- Management doesn't act on issues
- Very reactive, not proactive
- People making decisions have never done the job, have no idea what they're doing
- Management will gaslighting you. I found a new job and was kind enough to let them know. They decided to tell me the new employer wasn't hiring, was lying about their pay, etc. To try and get me to stay.
- No room for growth if you don't bend over for them.
- They beg training classes for positive reviews and rating, most good reviews are from senior management or agents who don't know better.
- Everything is micromanaged, to the second
- Toxic work environment
