Pros
It's actually an easy 9 to 6 job. Make sure you get the conditions offered on interview, written on the contract. You might get surprises related to annual salary and other conditions, like remote job or schedules offered.
Cons
Sometimes I wonder if the selection process has been accurate. Lots of rotation. People comes and goes. You end up feeling like a number. If you have good schedule adherence and try to stay neutral to opinions, you might be able to get a promotion, but salary wise, will mean a lot more responsability for little compensation. Often stuck on poor workflows and bad structure due to the heavy rotation of personal and need of improvising new routines to be implemented. It does not matter how much effort you dedicate to a project. You are a number.
