- Rampant nepotism where senior management is able to get their relatives hired into position that they are nowhere near qualified for.
- Decision making is taken out of the hands of team leaders on who to hire, or who to let go, even if a candidate is more than qualified for a job, if the candidate is not a friend / ex colleague of the OPS Managers then they won't get hired.
- Unfair business practices when it comes to terminations, and blatant lies during the termination process
- Constant blame for tasks not being completed, but when pressured for answers as to what tasks are not being done, there's no answer.
