Pros
Very few. The staff at lower levels are incredible.
Cons
I COULD WRITE A LIST AS LONG AS BOTH MY ARMS!!!! - Nepotism and corruption, right from the rotting fishes head. - Bullying from the top down is horrific. - Staff are not valued (only superficially by the CEO via his ridiculous whole-trust emails). - When staff speak out, they are usually managed out fairly quickly. - The amount of money (taken from public funds) that is spent on executive salaries is disgusting. - The nepotistic bullies at the top (right down to the awful HR team) all team up to lie and get rid of people. - Many of the hundreds of school workers have NEVER seen the CEO or the rest of the Consilium trust team. - Consilium must have a record breaking number of payouts to get rid of staff (who are suspended on unfounded bases). Check their company house - I’m sure you’ll see the mountain of gagging-clauses. - A disgrace of a company that does not care about the staff in schools. Only the people in their central team.
