Pros

Very few. The staff at lower levels are incredible.

Cons

I COULD WRITE A LIST AS LONG AS BOTH MY ARMS!!!! - Nepotism and corruption, right from the rotting fishes head. - Bullying from the top down is horrific. - Staff are not valued (only superficially by the CEO via his ridiculous whole-trust emails). - When staff speak out, they are usually managed out fairly quickly. - The amount of money (taken from public funds) that is spent on executive salaries is disgusting. - The nepotistic bullies at the top (right down to the awful HR team) all team up to lie and get rid of people. - Many of the hundreds of school workers have NEVER seen the CEO or the rest of the Consilium trust team. - Consilium must have a record breaking number of payouts to get rid of staff (who are suspended on unfounded bases). Check their company house - I’m sure you’ll see the mountain of gagging-clauses. - A disgrace of a company that does not care about the staff in schools. Only the people in their central team.

Pros

School staff are fantastic shame the trust doesn't see this

Cons

Unless your you work in Head Office you don't exist unless the need someone to blame for their mistakes 1 school has had 97 staff leave in 18 months another school has had 10 since September 22. They are understaffed and pile on the pressure on others to just pick up the work to save money Year after year, there is a spending freeze four months into the financial year as they have overspend, so schools are struggling Head Office think they are a Employer of Choice what they are is a joke

Pros

The only pro is the staff, that does not include Senior Leadership or the trust central team.

Cons

Corruption Bullying Spending public money on themselves AVOID this company at all costs. They are utterly corrupt and do not care one iota for the staff or pupils. There is systematic bullying at ALL of their schools by the central team and leadership within the schools. There is no staff moral. Ask yourself why, in July 2022 did more than 20 staff at each school leave? If your face doesn’t fit you are shoved out or you are bullied to the point where you have to leave. They reduce the budgets for each school year on year yet can afford to take the central team and all the headteachers on a weekend jolly to a five star hotel in the Lakes. Do a bit of research, look at the figures showing how many people they have paid off and how many gagging clauses they have issued! Good companies don’t need gagging clauses! Parents need to avoid these schools if they value their child’s education, there are fantastic schools out there but Consilum Schools are not. Staff are scared to speak out, if you do, you are gone. The one good review on here is by a member of the central team, says it all. And I can guarantee they were MADE to do it. This isn’t a company this is a dictatorship led by the most ineffectual CEO. Who, has systematically got rid of all the staff in higher positions and replaced them with his ‘own’ people, so he can manipulate them to his way. Look up the central team, they all worked with the CEO at previous schools. The man has zero morals. AVOID AVOID AVOID this corrupt company at all costs.
