Great place to learn from the best in software, especially software m&a. They spot the gems that work hard and have what it takes to be m&a leaders or portfolio managers and give them as much exposure as they can take on.
Cons
Work like balance if your deal team is lean. Comparable shops pay 20-30% higher, even the copy cats. IB is 40-100% higher in a good year.
