Pros
Company level staff are all good to work with ( Constellation owns a lot of small software companies and has regional managers managing them)
Cons
The young proud manager whom my CEO had to report to had no idea how to run the business. He cut 30%+ of the team in anticipation of covid but in the end the company did well. Because of the cuts it could not deliver and got sued by its biggest customers.
