      It offers a safe and clean work environment on the new side. I don't know about the old side.

      There seems to be a lack of communication between boss and employee. Not bad, but it could be better

      Pay and benefits are pretty good

      Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
