Pros
The general work environment and Benefits are amazing! Paid Time Offs, Vacations since the first month, Home office, you can also trade those extra worked hours for time off. There's also a Work-Life Balance program with lots of activities.
Cons
Some processes are not optimal, but you can get used to them. If you get sick and want to stay home you need to deliver an illness report from IMSS, so it's easier to use one of your personal days off instead.
