Pros

Fun company culture. Plenty of opportunities to solve interesting problems. Great way to kick-start a career in tech and gain experience in new areas.

Cons

Compensation is not as competitive as other tech companies and does not align with the current cost of living in Seattle. (Recent reports estimate that household income would need to be at least $82,240 a year to comfortably afford an average one-bedroom apartment and other expenses such as food, utilities, transportation and healthcare.) Lots of room for improvement within internal communication. Could benefit greatly from increased structure around roles and internal processes.
