Pros
If you're a student interested in playing Fifa on PS during your lunch break, this is an awesome place for you. You will have the full freedom on the project including making up acceptance criteria for all the places that are left undefined in the ticket (this will happen a lot). You'll probably work directly with the client and your bosses are developers so they understand your work. I'd say that remote work and flexible working hours are included, but things could have changed
Cons
If you're not a developer, all you do will probably be highly underestimated - how you sell yourself is up to you. As a developer, you'll often be left without all the necessary info required for you to perform your work. Since the team is young, your bosses will try to make advantage of your lack of confidence in terms of your compensation and lack of knowledge in terms of your legal rights.
