Interesting projects with supportive management, but busy periods exist
Pros
The projects are a big part why I stay here. We work on real delivery with builds and updates that are important for the client. I've learned here in half a year more than I did in a longer time in another agency that was buried in excessive report culture. Overall I can say that clients come with challenging interesting problems and the devs doing work worth putting into portfolio. I appreciate that here a lot of trust is given early on, appreciating your expertise and experience. Everyone's opinion counts and you are brought to discussions if you are open to it.
Cons
Like in any agency things get busy during delivery and when it overlaps in multiple projects work days seem not have enough time. But at the same time, management gives you the needed resources if asked so i guess its ok
