Pros
The stylists and salons are amazing people. The representative from the vendors are amazing people also.
Cons
The district sales consultants work very long hours and territories are large. There is a lot of driving, a lot of km, to visit all the salons in the territory. Confidence in the company from salons have dwindled because of the revolving door of sales consultants Also the company has gone through 2 major restructures in 2017 and 2018 which has made the availability of products and promotions inventory in the warehouses totally out of wack. Management and upper management support is very negative. Very little to no support, encouragement or understanding.
