- Very flexible hours, unlimited PTO - Amazing people to work with, very friendly, respectable and professional - A lot of room to grow - NO CRUNCH WORK - Fully Remote Studio

- Due to it being fully remote, if I wanted to talk with someone, I have to first request time with them in order to speak to them / initially ask if they are free to just chat - Management sometimes doesn't understand how much work goes into particular teams - Small amounts of micro-managing here and there but is getting better

- Full time remote - Decent pay salary - Good benefits like 401k matching and plenty of time-off

- Environment and Character Leads and Directors have really bad communication skills and problem solving. - Production coordinators makes communication worse between departments. - Bosses contribute to the production mess by empowering underqualified people in the studio.
